Always putting work as the top priority in your life is not a crime. However if you take work seriously without giving yourself a break makes it a crime. It can cause stress and stress, as we all know, is a fountain of a number of health problems. It causes recurring headaches, can trigger cancer cells, and the likes. It can even lessen a person’s social life and degrade a person’s whole being. Here are some stress booster activities that you can squeeze in your daily schedule. Take some 30-minute brisk walk in the neighborhood before going to work in the morning. You can take your dog or bring your hubby if you like or you can be with your iPod as you strut. This way boredom will be minimized. Not only that walking helps refresh your day but also keeps you in shape.
If you feel blank in the middle of a computer work, put your hand on the back of your neck and gently massage with your head moving slowly from side to side while closing your eyes. You can feel a sudden gush of relaxation in this 5-10 minute movement. You might also love to listen to soothing music before sleeping each night. Listening to music is one way of communicating with our soul and is a great way to relax also. Another way of fighting against stress is to make the most of your weekends and rest days. You can go to the beach on weekends and show off your most stylish monokini swimsuits. Just don’t forget to bring SPF packed lotion. On one hand, why don’t you shop ‘til you drop on weekends and indulge with a meal from the newest restaurant in town? You can check out for swimsuits for big busts that your mother can use this summer. This will surely make her feel young again if you are able to get that fabulous, age-appropriate swimwear for her. Lastly, regardless of how you choose to relax, the most important thing is that you must give your body a breather.
