Using an Inversion table is really good for your health, especially when you are experiencing back aches, thus this is good for people who are older and need to relieve some pain. How long should you turn and invert when using an inversion table? Using the inversion table, you want to make sure you use the table in a long time. The reason for this is that you are using your body weight to stretch the muscles, ligaments and spinal discs, which are really packed all day because of gravity, and you really exaggerate damage muscles and ligaments. Basically, all you have to spend is only about 10-30 minutes of your inversion table every day to reap the benefits of using it, but that will not go more than 30 minutes, because then you do not get as much from the benefits. But keep in mind that if you feel uncomfortable, you should put yourself on a right angle.
