The Swiss diet – it leads to the loss of 11 lbs in just 2 weeks. It is a good diet to be held in summer and autumn because it is a diet based on fruits and vegetables. Dinner should not exceed 7 pm. Every day you eat beef or fish (boiled) 2 eggs, 2 cups of skimmed milk, 1 slice of whole bread, vegetables and fruits (no plums and pears) and cheese.
The American diet – you lose between 7 and 11 lbs and it must be held for 5 days. It is a diet where you eat very often, every 2 hours, but very little. At 6 am-1 herbal slimming tea without sugar, at 8 am coffee without sugar, at 10 am 1 cube of processed cheese, 12 am boiled meat, 2 pm dietary cheese, at 4 pm 2 cups of tomato juice, 6 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 8 pm 1 dietary yogurt and 10 pm 1 apple. This is a very fast weight loss diet. That is why you shouldn’t keep this diet for more than 5 days.
The vegetarian diet – is a highly recommended diet because it is very healthy. You will consume fruits, vegetables and cereals, full of vitamins, minerals and fibers. The excluded foods are meat, sweets in large quantities, alcohol and drinks with a very high level of sugar and of course fried food. As a rule fried food should be avoided at all times if you want to maintain your weight. If you want to lose weight you should always avoid eating fried foods.
The fruit and vegetables diet – it is a diet that is full of vitamins and minerals and it gives you the opportunity to eat certain fruits and vegetables that you have in your house. The important thing is to eat only fruits every morning and in the evening eat only vegetables, salads and do not eat later than 8 pm and drink plenty of water.
