2. When used up of walking, you may feel like jogging. Losing weight is very easy since calories are burnt in large amounts. Sure, it’s daunting to jog when you’ve never done it in the past. Begin by jogging for short bursts, and a recovery period should follow immediately. A home exercise routine can be done by stationary jogging or moving from room to room.

3. Walking up and going down staircases is a good way to get good cardio exercises at home. But, not all homes have stairs, you might ask. Well, search for areas on your neighborhood that might have one. Parks and schools usually have stairs.

4. When the weather is bad, do jumping jacks, stationary jogs or any home exercise routine. Wear supports so that you don’t injure yourself.

5. Aerobic videos are nice too. Today, lots of videos that instruct and demonstrate cardio exercises at home are available and fun to watch. Dance-based videos are entertaining or you could just turn on your favorite dance music and follow through.

Remember, you don’t need to spend a lot of money and time to have a great home exercise routine. Cardio exercises at home will assist you in losing weight and staying fit – securely and comfortably.
