If you own an MP3 player or any other audio system for that matter, chances are you’ve considered purchasing a mini speaker system. Industry experts are raving about their huge versatility and their potential, but are they really all they’re cracked up to be? This article is going to overview what you have to benefit from buying smaller speakers.
One of the main reasons so many people are buying small speaker systems these days is because they offer spectacular value for money. In most cases these products don’t exceed £35 and yet they can provide a sound quality which equals that of much larger systems. Contrary to common belief, smaller speaker systems are able to produce very clear, high quality sounds which even the most diehard music lovers will appreciate. The more sophisticated models are even pushing the boundaries of what can be done with their bass levels; it has become common place for these small speakers to produce really deep bass sounds.
Smaller speaker systems are also much more flexible and easy to use because of their wireless connections and small size. Most of these units have up 10m of wireless range which means you can quite literally have your audio source located in one room of your house and your speakers could be placed in your neighbour’s backyard and they should still perform perfectly. Their small size also makes them incredibly portable; many products are actually small enough to fit in a small child’s hand. That’s incredibly useful if you want to conceal your speakers.
The types of speakers also have quite an impressive battery life. I’ve come across some models that provide you with up to a day’s worth of battery life without you having to recharge them. That’s a rather bug achievement considering that larger speakers can’t do much better and they’ve been around for a lot longer.
Many people will be a little confused about how much they should expect to spend on one of these speaker systems. Whilst prices do vary depending on the brand name, I don’t think it’s necessary to spend any more than $45 on one. You can find some excellent small speakers for less than $35 so I really wouldn’t consider going beyond that.
In conclusion, these smaller speakers are a really great alternative to traditional speakers. They tend to be much more affordable and versatile than previous systems and they sound amazing too.
