One, you&#8217;re a bad cook. I&#8217;m not trying to point any fingers, but it is a possibility. Or two, you are getting hot spots from cooking on cheap cookware.</p>
<p>Hot spots almost always result in a bad meal. When your cookware isn&#8217;t spreading heat correctly, you&#8217;ll end up cooking on different temperatures. This means part of your <a href="http://cibercities.com/business/situations-that-may-force-you-to-consider-obtaining-a-food-handler-certificate/">food</a> may come out cooked correctly, but the other parts will be under or over cooked. And if this IS happening and you don&#8217;t realize it, it definitely can leave you FEELING like you&#8217;re a bad cook.</p>
<p>This is what I consider the most important reason to actually invest in some high quality cookware. <p>Copper is excellent at getting the heat spread and even&#8230;which is what I like most about All Clad Copper Core pots and pans. Yes, All Clad is expensive, but it is a sound <a href="http://cibercities.com/investment/gold-investment-the-best-options/">investment</a> that will result in helping you make a high quality meal.</p>

<p>Recently I ran across a<a href="http://www.theteacupboard.com/164/hot-lemon-juice/"> fascinating article</a> about how lemon can help you lose weight.  As I did more research, it was made clear that the lemon water was designed to help purify the body, and improve the digestive <a href="http://cibercities.com/real_estate/security-system-benefits/">system</a> eliminating unneeded weight.</p>
<p>However, lemon has many other major benefits.  For example, lemon is full of vitamin C.  I don&#8217;t know how much studying you have done it about vitamin C, but there has been some significant research done on the vitamin and is pretty amazing.</p>
<p>Vitamin C has been linked for to all sorts of health benefits, primarily in the steaming the immune system.  Many health practitioners recommend taking vitamin C during the wintertime to help ward off colds and flu&#8217;s.  Additionally, vitamin C is thought to help prevent cancer.  And, if that is not enough, vitamin C can help increase the growth of collagen in the body, helping the body heal from major tissue injury.</p>
<p>Lemon also can help increase alkalinity of the body, restoring pH balance.  Most of our diets revolve around carbohydrates and sugars which leave behind acidic residues in the digestive system when they have been digested.  Lemon, in contrast, leaves behind alkaline residues which can soak up the acidity, and leave the body with a more neutral pH balance.</p>
<p>By no means is lemon a cure-all, but enjoying lemon on a regular basis can help improve your body&#8217;s overall health, and provide you with another resource in your goal of creating a well-rounded diet.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s probably the delicious, well extracted taste of the coffee.</p>
<p>It also probably has to do with the simplicity of brewing it.</p>
<p>It might have to do with the almost zen like way that coffee brews.</p>
<p>Oh, and it&#8217;s really inexpensive to get started in.</p>
<p><strong>Get Started Brewing</strong></p>
<p>Okay, so what do you need to know in order to <a href="http://cibercities.com/finance/how-to-make-3k-quick/">make</a> your own <a title="home coffee madness" href="http://homecoffeemadness.blogspot.com/http://homecoffeemadness.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">pour over coffee</a>?  Not much, actually.</p>
<ul>
<li>Buy a Hario v60 or a comparable pour over device.  Mine cost me less than $20.</li>
<li>Make sure that you have a kettle on hand to use to <a href="http://cibercities.com/home/check-heat-pump-reviews/">heat</a> the water.</li>
<li>Get a <a title="Conical Burr Grinders - What I Know" href="http://homecoffeemadness.blogspot.com/2011/12/conical-burr-grinders-what-i-know.html" target="_blank">conical burr grinder</a> to use to grind the whole bean coffee.</li>
<li>Some v60 unbleached coffee filters (well, you only need one to make a cup).</li>
</ul>
<p>Once you have all of that you are ready to get started in brewing.</p>
<ol>
<li>Put water in the kettle and heat the water.  I highly recommend you get the water as close to 200 degrees Fahrenheit as you can, any hotter and you&#8217;ll start under extracting due to the heat.  Any lower and the extraction will be too slow, leaving the coffee a little bitter.</li>
<li>Start grinding the whole bean coffee in the burr grinder.  You typically want a ratio of two grams of coffee to one ounce of water &#8211; this is easily modifiable though, depending on your personal taste.</li>
<li>Once the coffee is ground, put it (and a filter) into the top of the ceramic Hario v60.</li>
<li>Pour the water over the coffee grounds slowly, in a circular motion, being careful to pour everywhere without giving too much water to any specific location.</li>
</ol>
<p>That&#8217;s all there is to it.  For twenty dollars and four minutes of your time you could be brewing excellent pour over coffee at home.</p>
