The logo is the make or break it for everyone that is involved in business. After finally deciding on whether to hire a designer or do it themselves, they are still faced with one other problem. What color is the right color? Color is more than the color that you are using, this is going to communicate a feeling to the consumer, therefore, color is very important in all logos and should be something that you take into serious consideration. So what is the right color? Knowing what the colors are putting off to those that look at them are going to help you figure out which to use for your logo.
The color orange is one that people frequently see in logo designs. And the reason for this is because this color communicated enthusiasm and vibrancy. Those that use this color often are trying to give off the feel of the tropics and fun.
Yellow is one of those colors that should be used by many more in their logos due to the meaning that the color conveys. Yellow is meant to show intellect, friendship, goodness and faith. In addition, it is an optimistic color that invites happiness to those that are around it that much.
Blue is a relaxing color to most people, however in the logo world, this is going to convey trust and confidence, harmony and of course peace. Just what you want consumers to feel when they think of your company.
Red is a color that more and more people are using in their logos, however, the person should make sure that they are not using it in excess. Red can be seen as something dangerous and threatening and many people will dismiss a logo that is in random shades of red due to this reason alone.
Black is a color that is dominant in logos, it gives off a sense of mystery that is just what some businesses need in order to get the consumers to check them out. Purple, sometimes is as dark as black and many cases people see these two as the same. However, purple is meant to show royalty. Purple is the way that the person can make their logo completely unique since it is rarely used in logos nowadays.
Finally, the color green is meant to show generosity, healing, money and wisdom. For these reasons this is a very popular color that many logos are using nowadays. Especially, those businesses that are about finances.
