Usually, you will find that most carports of made of mixed materials but you will often come across entirely metal based carports that are usually made of steel or aluminum. Just make sure that you check with the local authorities and zoning so that you can be sure that you are legally able to install this type of a building or structure on your property before making any final purchases that you may not be able to get a refund on.
